Alternatively, simply add NUTRIblend to your tea or coffee or any other hot solid or liquid food.
7. How long do I have to take NUTRIblend?	When to stop taking NUTRIblend will depend on the individual or patient. Whether or not a patient should continue with NUTRIblend would depend on the evaluation of his health condition by his doctor. If further improvement is required, the patients will be advised to continue taking NUTRIblend.
8. How many times daily do I have to take NUTRIblend?	Healthy individuals are encouraged to take NUTRIblend 3 times a day before meals for normal health maintenance. Patients who are chronically ill are advised to take NUTRIblend 6 times a day. Although it has been tested and confirmed that three (3) 5g servings per day is the most effective amount for most people, it is recommended that chronically-ill patients, who may experience any uncomfortable detoxification reaction from the recommended 4 – 6 servings a day, should start with 1 serving a day and slowly increase to 4 – 6 servings a day.
